Kigobe Mission, located on the north end of Bujumbura (Burundi's capital), is a key property belonging to the Community of Emmanuel Churches. This is where the official headquarters for the community (the "siege social" as it is called in French), is located. Besides some administrative offices, this property also houses a local church, a Bible School, different evangelistic outreach initiatives, and several of the social endeavors of the Emmanuel Churches including a Health Center & Maternity and a School for the Deaf. Here are some satellite images of the property courtesy of Google Earth.

Introduction
The Community of Emmanuel Churches in Burundi is a group of over 80 independent protestant evangelical local churches in Burundi that have our historical roots in the plymouth bretheren movement. The Emmanuel Churches have experienced rapid growth in the last fifteen years and though we rejoice and praise the Lord for this growth, it comes with certain challenges as well. This website exists to provide information about the Emmanuel Churches, some of its evangelistic and social endeavors in Burundi and beyond.
